January 2023

1. No YouTube on weekdays
2. No Reddit
3. No Instagram
4. No Facebook
5. No Twitter
6. TikTok once a day with Shelby
7. Hacker News once a day
8. Mastodon once a day

Valid exceptions:

1. Watching YouTube tutorials with a specific goal in mind (e.g. looking up a recipe, trying to figure out how to use an application, etc.)
2. Posting to Instagram/Twitter and checking comments/messages once per day
3. Any other situation where using one the aforementioned sites is required by work or project time

2022

1. No YouTube on weekdays
2. No Reddit

4. No Facebook
5. No Twitter
6. Hacker News once a day

Valid exceptions:

1. Watching YouTube tutorials with a specific goal in mind (e.g. looking up a recipe, trying to figure out how to use an application, etc.)
2. Posting to Instagram and checking comments/messages on a limited basis after the post (once per day)
3. Any other situation where using one the aforementioned sites is required by work or project time
